Tedious manual work was yesterday: the solid kneading machine is a veteran in the field of dough processing. Solid stainless steel attachments - consisting of a whisk, dough hook and flat beater - stir, knead and beat particularly thoroughly thanks to the planetary mixer, so that the entire mass is kneaded thoroughly and the dough does not stick to the edge of the bowl. Up to one kilogram of heavy yeast dough can be processed.
Control the speed in 6 speed levels and with just one knob. The shiny 3.5-litre stainless steel mixing bowl has a splash guard lid with a refill opening. Nice extra: the practical dough spatula.
